MUSHROOMS WITH YOGURT SAUCE/ CHAMPIÑONES CON SALSA DE YOGURT
hi everybody welcome to my channel healthy lifestyle a to see this is Ladysmith i’m gonna be sharing easy fast healthy recipes with you stay tuned hi everybody today’s recipe is gonna be mushrooms with yogurt sauce here i have two different options one i made crepes with goat cheese and the other one i put some quinoa in the center and then i just poured some mushroom sauce all around it and here’s a list of ingredients it’s a fork four to six portions you can in need 15 ounces or 454 grams of monterey mushrooms 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter or oil of your choice 1 onion chopped 1 tbsp garlic 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1 bay leaves 1/2 cup chicken broth or broth of your choice 1 teaspoon is looking free flour salt and pepper to taste so now get your casserole ready and you’re gonna preheat at medium heat and add your butter at the onion and saute your onion until it changes color then you’re gonna add the garlic don’t do it before because it gets burned add the mushrooms and mix it you’re gonna mix the flour with this chicken broth and then you’re gonna cook for 7 minutes at the bayy you’re gonna add the salt and pepper to taste you’re gonna strain the broth mix and you’re gonna let it simmer for two more minutes then you’re going to add your yogurt and you’re gonna transfer it to a casserole so this is option one I had some quinoa and option two I had crepes so I just put some goat cheese and then I roll it and then I cover it with my mushroom yogurt sauce you can eat it with a salad if you want so I invite you to like subscribe and share with your friends and family and next recipe it’s gonna be big stuff zucchini so stay tuned thank you for watching and I’ll see you next week
