Two Ingredient Takeover. Hi there and welcome to Mind Over Mucnh two ingredient takeover where I make
delicious recipes out of just two simple ingredients. Today
I'm making fruit roll-up or fruit leather. The two ingredients are your fruit f choice and sweetener. And really the sweetener is optional. It's going to
depend on how sweet you want your fruit leather to be and how to tart your
fruit already is. Into your blender add your fruit of choice. Today I went
with strawberries and raspberries but you can use whatever you like. Mango, banana
have fun with it. Add in a little bit of coconut sugar or sweetener of your choice to taste and blend it on up. Once blended
line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour on your mixture. You may need
2 or 3 pans to use up all of your mixture depending on how much you made. Use a spatula to flatten out the mixture
as evenly as possible to avoid over or under cooking any of it. You want a nice even and fairly thin layer across the entire sheet.

Try to fill in any holes but don't
stress out if it is the perfect. It's gonna taste awesome regardless. Once evenly spread your gonna pop your pans
into your oven preheated as low as possible. Ideally 150 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
Some ovens only go to 220 and that is fine but the lower you can
get the better. Allow to cook for about 2 to 6 hours.

It is completely going to depend on
your oven and the temperature. My oven goes to 170 and these take
about 2 to 3 hours to cook for me. But I think they cook quickly because my
oven is actually hotter than it says. You'll know it's done when it is tacky but not sticky or wet to the touch and it should have
a rubbery are leathery feel. Allow your leather too cool for 20 to 30
minutes before prepping to eat. Cut your sheet of leather into strips n roll 'em
on up. Take these on the go or eat them right away.
